The Details of the Search

According to the police report and statements from Lil Jon’s representative:

  • The Disappearance: Nathan was last seen around 6:00 AM on Tuesday in the vicinity of Baldwin Drive and Mayfield Road in Milton, Georgia (about 30 miles north of Atlanta).

  • The Circumstances: Witnesses say he ran out of his house on foot and did not take his cell phone with him.

  • The Concern: Authorities have stated that Nathan may be disoriented and in need of medical assistance. While police emphasize that he is not a threat to the public, they are extremely concerned for his safety.

  • The Physical Description: He is 5’9″, weighs 150 lbs, has short black hair and brown eyes, and has a distinctive tattoo of lips on his right collarbone.

The Family’s Response

Lil Jon (Jonathan Smith) released a brief statement through his publicist on February 4:

“The family is asking for privacy at this time. We are also asking for continued prayers for Nathan to come home safe. Thank you.”

Following the news, Lil Jon cancelled a scheduled appearance on a livestream event to focus on the search. Local authorities have been using specialized units, including helicopters, to search the Mayfield Lake area near the family home.
