✨ My 6-Year Transformation Journey ✨

I started training because of constant comments from family and friends about my weight—about being “too skinny.” At the time, I wasn’t in the best mental space, but the gym became my escape, the one place where I could block out everything and focus on myself.
In the beginning, I was so consistent, but I had no idea what I was doing. I jumped from one workout to another, making little to no progress. It was frustrating, but I kept going because I knew I wanted to change.
Then in 2021, I had surgery that forced me to take months off training. It was tough to bounce back, but once I recovered, I decided to take my training seriously. I started educating myself, building better routines, and trusting the process.
During COVID, I thought a lot about becoming a personal trainer. The idea of helping others transform their bodies and confidence the way I had kept crossing my mind. In 2023, I finally took the leap, got qualified, and now, I’m living my dream of helping others achieve their goals.
Today, I’m the happiest I’ve ever been. Training has not only changed my body but also my mindset, confidence, and outlook on life.
